Watch Out for Samsung’s New Watchphone!

We all had to know it was coming — and this month, it will be! What is “it,” exactly? A watchphone. Specifically, the Samsung S9110 Watchphone is set to launch later this month. Samsung, renowned as the second biggest manufacturer of mobile phones and devices, has created what is being heralded as the slimmest watchphone in the world.

The watch features a glass facing which is scratch resistant, along with a metal body made of stainless steel and a leather strap.

In addition, it has what must be the cutest touch screen ever — it is only 1.76 inch! — which will allow you to get your email straight from Outlook, listen to your MP3s, and of course make calls. It also has connectivity for Bluetooth 2.1, not to mention technology for voice recognition and a speakerphone.

The watchphone is only 12 millimeters thick, which beats out the rival, LG’s watchphone, a slim fourteen millimeters.
