So, what is more annoying than hearing someone’s cell phone ringing incessantly in a public place? Someone’s obnoxious ring tone going off a bazillion times while you are in a restaurant, the grocery store, even while waiting for the bus, can seriously grate on your nerves — but what would you do if you saw someone’s clothing light up in rhythm with their ringing phone?!

Georgie Davis, a fashion student from England, made a very cute cocktail dress … for Sony Ericsson. Because the dress will connect to the Bluetooth technology of the person wearing it. So whenever that person’s cell phone rings, the lights on the dress will blink.

Presumably, this is so women in noisy environments like bars and things will still know when their phone is ringing. Of course, you just know it’s not going down like that. Some tart’s dress is going to be lighting up like crazy in the grocery store, or while she’s walking down the street, wreaking havoc with traffic.
