Now, they are ready to start tackling laptops. In fact, Best Buy will have the new notebook for sale, for an amazing three hundred dollars — as long as you are willing to sign up for a two year contract with an AT&T wireless plan. Frankly, if I could get a laptop for three hundred bucks, I would probably be willing to do just that. If you do not favor the AT&T deal, the laptop will still be available at double the price. Still, a laptop for only six hundred dollars is still a steal — if, of course, the new Nokia brand of notebooks prove to be worth their weight in salt. I still have dreaded memories of an IBM Thinkpad, so I am picky about my laptops. It goes on sale next week, though, so if the reviews come out well, yours truly might be taking a trip to Best Buy.
